For these products you'll be dealing with a third party company, pixels.com.  I don't print or make these products, I merely license my images to them. If you’re not happy with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it within thirty days, and you’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price. (Just pay for outgoing and return shipping.)
